Thorough property inspections
Regular property inspections are an important part of what we do. The first inspection is one month after a new tenancy begins and is repeated every three months after that. At each inspection, we evaluate the condition of the whole property, and then send you a detailed report including photos.

Sharon Layton
Property Manager – NZ Level 4 Certified
Quinovic Property Management Rolleston principal Sharon Layton has a Master of Business Studies from Massey University, majoring in tourism management. She brings wide business and customer service experience to property management. Prior to owning her Quinovic offices (Sharon also owns Quinovic Merivale), she spent several years in hotel management before switching to founding a security company in London. Her clients included Arab royal families and many of London’s leading hotels.
Fiona Innes
Property Manager – NZ Level 4 Certified
Fiona is a professional businesswoman with her own portfolio of investment properties. She brings a balanced lens to her role with a strong focus on building relationships and effective communication with her clients. Fiona has lived in Selwyn for over a decade and knows the area well. On weekends, you will find her pottering around her lifestyle property, chasing an elusive trout at a lake somewhere, or spending quality time with friends and family.
Andrew Rennie
Property Manager – NZ Level 4 Certified
Andrew has been in property management for 15 years, working in Auckland, Whanganui, and now Christchurch. He has managed everything from apartments to lifestyle blocks. He has also worked in hospitality, owning his own restaurant/bar in Whanganui. In his spare time, he likes to bake and make bread.
